Konsultan ISO 9001:2015 Project Objectives :

  • To Assist the company in upgrading its Quality Management System in line with the requirement of ISO 9001:2015.
  • To prepare the ISO 9001:2015 certification audit.

The expected result of this ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Upgrading project is to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The project stages will be conducted as follow :

  1. ISO 9001:2015 Training
  2. System Design and Development
  3. System Implementation
  4. Internal Audit Training
  5. Conduct Internal Audit Program
  6. Corrective and Preventive Actions
  7. Certification Audit

The company shall establish ISO Working Team will that will act as:

Process Owners :

  •  Representing Department
  •  Knowledgeable of Department’s processes

Knowledgeable of Department’s processes:

  •  Maintain controlled copy of Quality Management System document
  •  Propose and revise Quality Management System document as required
