The expected result of this ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Upgrading project is to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Konsultan ISO Certification Audit Preparation

Konsultan ISO

Konsultan ISO Certification Audit Preparation consists of the following activities:

  1. Consultant Audit, which aims to verify the effectiveness of ISO 9001:2015 implementation
  2. Management Review Meeting, which aims to ensure preparedness for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification audit
  3. ISO 9001 Certification Audit Assistance which aims to ensure Consultant assists and provides guidance during the certification audit process by Certification Body

The Konsultan ISO Certification Audit Preparation ensures that the company will be recommended for the ISO:2015 Certification.

Follow Up Action to ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification Audit will also conducted by Konsultan ISO, which aims to take corrective and preventive action necessary in response to ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification Audit findings.

Konsultan Mendampingi Saat Audit ISO

Konsultan mendampingi saat audit ISO. Audit ISO ada dua yaitu audit internal dan audit eksternal. Audit internal dilaksanakan oleh auditor internal perusahaan sedangkan audit eksternal dilaksanakan oleh Badan Sertifikasi

Audit eksternal dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yaitu : audit tahap 1 untuk memeriksa kecukupan dokumentasi sistem manajemen. Audit ini biasa disebut audit kecukupan atau desk audit atau adequacy audit.

Sedangkan audit tahap 2 untuk memeriksa penerapan sistem manajemen di perusahaan. Auditor badan sertifikasi yang ditunjuk akan memeriksa kesesuaian antara dokumentasi ISO dengan penerapannya.

Auditor eksternal badan sertifikasi akan memeriksa bukti-bukti penerapan, audit tahap 2 ini biasa disebut audit penerapan atau compliance audit.

Konsultan ISO Profesional akan mendampingi perusahaan dalam dua tahap ini untuk memastikan perusahaan lulus dan direkomendasikan untuk mendapat sertifikat ISO.
